Adobe Customer Service SUCKS!

FYI – if you ever call Adobe Technical support, you’ll spend endless hours sitting on hold to India, explaining your problem to people who have not a clue what they’re doing and then they will transfer you. Then you’ll sit on hold longer and talk to a supervisor who doesn’t know what he’s doing. And they they will look something up and give you a dumb answer and promise to call you back but they never do.

ADOBE technical support is shameful considering their software is so expensive. I just paid $700 for an upgrade to CS4 and InDesign crashed repeatedly when using the hyperlinks palette. Of course they had no clue after I used up all my cell phone minutes. And I’m still waiting for that call from Mike, the supervisor.
