Out of the blue

Someone who maintains a vintage music blog just posted something about my grandfather Phil DeSanto (stage name of Phil Reed) who was a renowned keyboard artist in the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. This woman whose name I don’t know but is based out of Indianapolis posted to her blog a cache of MP3 files and photographs of him and his music which was intended for skating rinks. I put together a little slideshow of their 1947 recording of Glow Worm from an old 78:
