What’s for dinner

While Gay Pride simmers just outside Simon’s door, I’ve been having more fun taking walks with my friends and cooking meals for Simon. Last night’s dinner consisted of a baked delicata squash, pasta and dino kale with a goat cheese, garlic and walnut sauce, and on the side a roasted fresh fig with rosemary and goat cheese. Salad was a toss of arugula and butter lettuce with a lime and rice vinegar dressing. Dessert was a brownie with berry medley and an organic strawberry sauce.

 

Simon made us a martini to start.
